Special Events
Pre-conference reception on Thursday, October 3 No additional charge. Gala dinner on Saturday, October 5, at the Sheraton Hotel. Tickets are $50 per person.

Fees include access to all conference sessions, workshops, and exhibits, as well as continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. All registrants also receive a complimentary one-year subscription to the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine. We must receive your registration and full payment by the deadlines indicated for you to take advantage of the early or standard registration rates.

Students must present a valid student ID upon arrival at the conference to qualify for the discounted rate.

  Submit your registration using our secure registration form to pay with your Visa or MasterCard. Online registration will be available until 12 pm (EDT) on September 25, 2002.
  
  
• Register by Mail, Fax, or Phone
  Download the print registration form as a PDF file (131KB, readable with Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher) and follow the instructions on the form to pay by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order.
  
  
• Register at the Conference
  To register onsite, visit the conference registration desk upon arrival. There will be a $75 surcharge in addition to the late registration rate. For your convenience, our onsite registration desk will be open on Thursday, October 3rd, from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Continuing Education Credit

Acupuncturists will have the option of earning CEUs from NCCAOM for attendance at conference plenary sessions and individual workshops. Please e-mail us at info@tcmconference.org to receive more information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We will refund 50% of the fees paid by any registrant who submits a written request before August 30. Late requests will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after October 10, 2002. No refunds are available if you register but are unable to attend the event.
